Inspiring Solutions is an innovative resource team founded in 1991 by Michele Matt. Inspiring Solutions provides quality, customized products, training and facilitation services to companies, schools and associations throughout the United States, specializing in the retirement living industry.

Since 1984, Michele has positively influenced the attitudes and actions of more than 50,000 people throughout the United States…inspiring them with practical solutions for positive change at work, home, school, or play. Each year, she works with over 150 different groups ranging from training seminars for businesses and speaking at conferences to facilitating strategic planning and team building retreats.

A born-leader, Michele has provided state and national leadership in several associations such as the National Speakers Association (NSA) and the American Society for Training & Development (ASTD). In fact, she helped charter the NSA-Iowa Chapter in 2000 and serves as the 2002-3 chapter president and national liaison to the NSA Board of Directors. She is a Certified Speaking Professional (CSP). Only 10% of the 4,000 NSA members worldwide have passed the rigorous criteria to attain the CSP designation. She was recently honored as an Iowa Up and Comer and Outstanding Young Iowan. In 2001, she was one of 30 professionals selected for Leadership Iowa, sponsored by the Association of Business and Industries. In addition to being a successful business owner, Michele gives time, talent and financial support to numerous charitable and community organizations.
